Help with a complaint
If you have a complaint, please contact the admin team in the first instance. They will always try to resolve complaints outside of the formal procedure first. If that’s not possible there’s an Internal Disputes Resolution Process you can follow.
The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO)
If you still feel you have cause for complaint, TPO may be able to help. To learn more about what they do, please click the ‘View’ button below.
Before TPO will investigate a complaint, you must have first tried to resolve matters with the party or parties you think are at fault. If you haven’t already done so you should first raise a formal complaint through the Internal Disputes Resolution (IDR) Process.
To understand when TPO will consider a complaint, please read their factsheet, Complaining to the party/ parties at fault.
To know more about TPO’s decision-making process, please read their factsheet, The Resolution Team.
